How to take ElixGLOW
Step 1
- If you have GERD/indigestion/bloating problem, you can take this after food(breakfast/lunch depending on which is your heavier meal), it will help with your digestion. If you don't, you can take it in the morning when you wake up or anytime during morning/afternoon.
Step 2
- You can pour it directly into your mouth and eat slowly. It tastes peachy, sweet & sour. Or you can mix it with 100-150ml of cold water/normal room temperature water then drink it. DO NOT take it in the evening/night because it boosts energy and you might be too energetic at night.

- 2-6 years old: Half sachet/day
- 7-12 years old: 1 sachet/day
